We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has worked in a mixed practice environment.
Taking over an established list and list building.
Opportunity to learn/discuss cases with a team of experienced clinicians.
*Start – August 2024, but flexible for the right candidate.
*Days/sessions available
- Monday – 8:30 am – 19:00 pm
- Tuesday – 8:30 am – 19:00 pm
- Friday – 8:30 am – 18:00 pm
- Saturday (Once a month) – 09:30 am -1:30 pm
*Location – 10-minute walk from Bexleyheath Station (30-minute rail journey from London Bridge). A 20-minute drive from Blackwall Tunnel, free on-street parking.
*Fully digitalised (SOE with clinipads/portal) and recently refurbished to a high standard with all mod cons including Itero scanner, intra oral cameras, DSLR cameras, digital radiography inc OPG.
*Team of hygienists and referral for oral surgery/implant/endo within the team. Well-run practice with a team of managers, TCO and clinical/admin leads.
*Regular clinical meetings to discuss cases and courses taken by clinicians. Guidance available from experienced Principals, both being past FD trainers.
*Practice invests heavily in marketing and campaigns for treatments such as Invisalign. Well-recognised locally for providing high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry. Multiple positive Google reviews.
*UDA Target and value: Approx 16 UDAs per session (morning/afternoon). UDA rate negotiable, based on experience.
*High Private potential split, based on sessions worked and clinicians experience.
*Ideal Candidate will be experienced in private dentistry with excellent communication skills. Large potential for private composite work and adult Orthodontics (Invisalign).
*Performer number/ portfolio of work and evidence of CPD/Post-grad training essential.
